In the end, remember that inbound links using good anchor text are your goal from a Search Engine Optimization perspective. It is much better to have 10 inbounds from relevant sites with a Page Rank of zero, than 100 inbounds from unrelated, Page Rank 8 websites. And think long-term when building links, as it takes time and will never be a one time work.
